4.2 Analytics cookies

Subject to your Analytics consent, the website uses Google Tag Manager as a consent-controlled tag container and Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic, page performance, traffic sources and user interactions. The Google container is not requested before Analytics or Marketing consent has been granted.

4.3 Marketing and advertising cookies

Meta Pixel is active under Marketing & Advertising consent for advertising and conversion measurement, creation of website audiences and remarketing. Google Analytics is connected to the AVC Google Ads account for conversion measurement and audience sharing, with advertising use restricted by Marketing consent. A separate Google Ads website remarketing tag is not yet active.

4.4 Email and form technologies

The website includes launch access, newsletter or contact forms. AVC processes form requests through its own backend. Brevo sends the confirmation email and receives a marketing-list contact only after explicit email confirmation. No Brevo tracking script is loaded for this workflow. The necessary __Host-avc_la cookie protects form submissions against cross-site requests, expires after two hours and does not grant Analytics or Marketing consent.

If you subscribe to Avatar Creator updates, your email address and related subscription data may be processed to manage your request and send communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email.

6. Consent and Cookie Settings

When you visit the website, the cookie banner allows you to:

7. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Consent Mode

The website uses Google Tag Manager as a consent-controlled container. It is requested only after Analytics or Marketing consent. Analytics controls Google Analytics 4; Marketing & Advertising controls advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization. Accept All grants both categories in one action. With Analytics alone, GA4 runs and advertising personalization remains denied; with Marketing alone, Meta can run while GA4 remains off. Rejecting optional cookies or closing the notice without opting in grants neither category. Revoking a category stops new events for that category without requiring you to manually delete cookies; it does not undo information already transmitted. Google Analytics is linked to Google Ads for conversion measurement and audience sharing subject to the applicable consent. A separate Google Ads website remarketing tag is not yet active.

8. Meta Pixel and Advertising Tracking

Meta Pixel is installed through Google Tag Manager and loads only after Marketing & Advertising consent. It sends a PageView for a consented page visit, Lead after a genuinely accepted new Launch Access request, and CompleteRegistration after the first successful email confirmation. Product-interest events require reaching at least 90% of a product page and spending at least 30 seconds with that page visible after Marketing consent. These events support advertising measurement, audience creation and remarketing. Marketing consent granted on an already open page can activate Meta immediately; it does not require a reload. Revoking Marketing blocks new advertising events. AVC does not pass form email addresses, confirmation tokens or its contact database to the Pixel and does not enable automatic advanced matching or server-side Conversions API. Meta can receive browser or cookie identifiers, page and referrer information and technical request data; these are not anonymous data. 9. Browser Settings and Advertising Opt-Outs

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to delete cookies, block third-party cookies or block all cookies. If you disable cookies through your browser, some parts of the website may not work correctly.

You may also manage advertising preferences through platform-level controls provided by Google, Meta or other advertising networks.
