Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of avcsuite.com, its public pages, newsletter or waitlist forms, contact functions and links to authorized external platforms. They do not govern the purchase transaction completed on SuperHive or the licensed use of the downloaded Avatar Creator product. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website.

1. Purpose of the Website

avcsuite.com is an informational and promotional website for Avatar Creator, AVC Wrap, AVC Sync and related documentation. The website may allow you to learn about the product, view pricing and feature information, subscribe to communications, contact support, and follow links to an authorized marketplace.

avcsuite.com does not create marketplace customer accounts and does not directly process purchases, checkout, payments, card details, tax, invoices, withdrawals or refunds.

2. SuperHive Purchases and Marketplace Terms

Avatar Creator is offered for purchase through SuperHive. When you follow a purchase link, you leave avcsuite.com and enter a separate website operated under SuperHive’s own terms and privacy policy. SuperHive acts as merchant of record and manages the marketplace account, checkout, transaction, payment collection, applicable tax and invoicing, withdrawal process and refunds under its then-current marketplace policies and mandatory law.

Avatar Creator does not determine or replace SuperHive’s transactional, withdrawal or refund rules. Customers must review the terms, refund policy and privacy information displayed by SuperHive at the time of purchase. Purchase, payment, withdrawal and refund requests must be submitted through the procedures provided by SuperHive.

The downloaded software and proprietary assets are licensed by the Avatar Creator licensor under the Avatar Creator EULA. The Commercial License Overview is a non-binding summary. SuperHive’s terms govern the marketplace transaction; the EULA governs licensed use of the product; mandatory law prevails where it cannot be excluded.

3. Product Information and Supported Configuration

The product listing and order confirmation identify the SKU purchased, included modules, price, support terms and any product-specific conditions. The current Windows release is designed and tested for Blender 4.5 through Blender 5.2 inclusive. Earlier or later Blender versions are not represented as supported unless an updated listing or release note expressly states otherwise.

General descriptions, previews and roadmaps may be updated over time. Features described as future, planned, experimental or under development are not included in a purchased SKU unless the product listing and order confirmation state that they are included. Public statements remain subject to mandatory consumer conformity rules.

4. Intellectual Property

Website text, images, videos, graphics, logos, product names, interface previews, design elements and marketing materials are owned by the relevant rights holder or used with permission. You may view and share links to the website for lawful informational purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, extract, redistribute, sell, misrepresent or use website content to build a competing product or unauthorized commercial service without permission.

Nothing on this website transfers ownership of Avatar Creator, its software, native cores, source assets, libraries, systems, trademarks or related intellectual property. Rights in the downloaded product and permitted outputs are defined by the EULA and applicable third-party licenses.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website to violate law or third-party rights; interfere with availability or security; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious, false or unlawful material; abuse forms; impersonate another person; or extract website content for unauthorized commercial use. Access may be restricted where misuse or a security risk is reasonably suspected.

6. Newsletter and Contact Forms

If you submit your email address, it may be used for the communications covered by the consent shown with the form. You may unsubscribe through the link in an email or by contacting us. Support messages and attachments are processed only for the purposes explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or third-party material unless necessary and authorized.

7. Accuracy, Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the website accurate. Product availability, prices, promotions, marketplace links, technical requirements and development plans may change. The binding commercial information for a purchase is the information displayed in the applicable SuperHive product listing and checkout at the time of purchase, together with the order confirmation and EULA.

The public website may be maintained, modified, suspended or discontinued. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. These provisions do not remove obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-Party Links

The website may link to SuperHive, social platforms, documentation or other third-party services. A link does not transfer control of that service to Avatar Creator or imply responsibility for its availability, security, data processing, content or policies. Review the third party’s current terms and privacy information before using it.

9. Privacy and Cookies

For information about personal data and browser storage, read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Cookie preferences can be changed through “Cookie Settings” where available.

10. Disclaimer

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Website content is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. This clause does not limit mandatory rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages caused solely by access to or inability to access the public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated prospectively. The revised version will be published with an updated date. Changes to website-use terms do not retroactively alter a completed purchase, an accepted EULA or mandatory rights, except where applicable law permits or requires a change.

13. Governing Law

These website Terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. For business users only, and where legally permitted, the courts having jurisdiction over the Website Operator’s domicile in Italy have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may bring proceedings before any court available under mandatory law.
