AVATAR CREATOR

EULA

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Product: Avatar Creator / AVC

Website: avcsuite.com

This Avatar Creator End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, the licensee (“you”, “Licensee” or “User”), and Lorenzo Ceaglio, operating under the name “Avatar Creator” (“Avatar Creator”, “AVC”, “we”, “us” or “Licensor”) governing your download, installation, access to and use of the Avatar Creator product and the modules included in the SKU you purchased. By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing or using Avatar Creator, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

The purchase transaction is completed on SuperHive under SuperHive’s marketplace terms. This EULA is issued by the Licensor and governs licensed use of the software, proprietary native cores, proprietary assets and permitted outputs after download.

1. Overview

Avatar Creator is a professional character-creation system for Blender. The current Windows release is designed and tested for Blender 4.5 through Blender 5.2 inclusive. It may include character-creation tools, morph and skin systems, hair and clothing systems, rigging and facial systems, AVC Sync, documentation, presets, templates and proprietary assets. Avatar Wrap is a separate module included only in the Avatar Creator + Wrap bundle or another SKU that expressly lists it.

Avatar Creator is licensed, not sold. One named-user commercial license is supplied for each Seat purchased. There is no separate personal-only license or additional output license for the commercial uses expressly permitted here. The exact modules and asset libraries licensed to you are those identified in the SuperHive product listing and order confirmation for the purchased SKU.

2. Definitions

For this Agreement, the following definitions apply.

2.1 Avatar Creator / AVC

“Avatar Creator” or “AVC” means the product, including the Blender add-on, user interface, documentation, proprietary native cores, character systems, databases, presets, templates and asset libraries included in the purchased SKU. References to Avatar Wrap, AVC Sync or another module apply only when that module is included in the purchased SKU.

2.2 AVC Software Code

“AVC Software Code” means software code distributed with Avatar Creator. It may include: (a) Python and other code components governed by the GNU General Public License or another identified open-source license; (b) third-party code under its own license; and (c) Proprietary Native Core components governed by this EULA. The applicable source headers, notices and license files determine the license for each code component.

2.3 Proprietary Native Core

“Proprietary Native Core” means compiled native binaries, executables and proprietary C++ components supplied for Avatar Wrap, AVC Sync or another AVC module, together with proprietary algorithms, data formats and non-public implementation materials. Unless a separate notice expressly states otherwise, the Proprietary Native Core is licensed under this EULA and is not licensed under the GPL merely because it interoperates with a Blender add-on.

2.4 AVC Source Assets

“AVC Source Assets” means proprietary non-code content supplied by the Licensor as part of Avatar Creator, including base meshes, topology and UV templates, morph and shape-key libraries, textures, skin maps, hair, clothing, accessories, materials, rigs, Face Widget assets, wrinkle maps, presets, thumbnails, demo files, internal databases, landmark or transfer data and documentation.

AVC Source Assets do not include: (a) content imported by you; (b) third-party assets; (c) your independently created artistic contributions; or (d) a Synced Target Output’s third-party mesh, topology or rig. A file is not excluded from AVC Source Assets merely because it is copied, exported, converted or modified.

2.5 User Content

“User Content” means meshes, scans, likenesses, textures, clothing, hair, designs, project data and other material supplied or independently created by you. You retain your rights in User Content, subject to third-party rights and the limited AVC rights incorporated into an AVC-based result.

2.6 User Character

“User Character” means a character created or customized with Avatar Creator. A User Character may integrate AVC Source Assets under this license and may include User Content. It does not mean that AVC Source Assets have become your property or may be extracted and redistributed separately.

2.7 Final Production

“Final Production” means a finished rendered, packaged, compiled or otherwise production-ready work that incorporates or depicts a User Character as part of a broader project, including images, video, animation, film, advertising, compiled games, packaged applications, XR experiences, simulations and rendered synthetic datasets. A Final Production may include Runtime Distribution but does not include a standalone editable character product, an AVC asset library or a reusable AVC source pack.

2.8 Editable AVC Project File

“Editable AVC Project File” means a .blend file or another editable production file that contains a User Character or reusable AVC-integrated data and permits a recipient to access or modify that character or data. It includes editable exported AVC characters, textures, morph data, presets, materials, hair, clothing, rig or Face Widget data where those items remain reusable. It excludes a Synced Target Output to the extent Section 12 applies, but AVC-proprietary textures or other AVC Source Assets contained in a Synced Target Output remain subject to this EULA.

2.9 Runtime Distribution

“Runtime Distribution” means inclusion of a User Character in a compiled game, packaged application or comparable production where the character is distributed only as an integrated runtime component and not as a standalone asset library, template or editable character product. Ordinary technical extraction risk from a compiled product does not by itself make the product prohibited, provided you use reasonable packaging and do not facilitate extraction or reuse.

2.10 AVC-Compatible Expansion Content

“AVC-Compatible Expansion Content” means original content created by a licensed user specifically for installation or use inside Avatar Creator. It may include original textures made for the AVC UV layout, original morph deltas or presets authored using the AVC base mesh as a reference, original compatible heads, skins, hair, clothing, expressions, materials, tools or add-ons, and the minimum compatibility data reasonably required by the official expansion format.

AVC-Compatible Expansion Content must be distributed in a form intended to require a valid Avatar Creator installation or license. It may not include or reconstruct the AVC base mesh, proprietary texture library, full morph library, rig template, internal database or other AVC Source Assets, except for limited compatibility data expressly permitted by this Agreement or official authoring documentation.

2.11 Synced Target Output

“Synced Target Output” means a MetaHuman, Genesis 9, Character Creator 4 or 5, or other expressly supported third-party target asset that is imported or processed through AVC Sync and then exported for use in its native ecosystem. Processing a target through AVC Sync does not give the Licensor ownership of the target mesh, topology, rig or third-party content. The target remains subject to the license of its source ecosystem. AVC-proprietary textures or other AVC Source Assets transferred onto or packaged with the target remain subject to this EULA.

2.12 Seat

“Seat” means one named individual authorized to install, access and use Avatar Creator. A Seat may not be shared between users.

2.13 Downstream Recipient

“Downstream Recipient” means a client, customer, contractor, collaborator, studio, publisher, marketplace buyer or other third party that receives a Final Production, Editable AVC Project File, Synced Target Output or AVC-Compatible Expansion Content.

2.14 Competing Product

“Competing Product” means a character generator, avatar generator, morph, skin, hair, clothing or rigging system, marketplace library, add-on, application, SaaS, API, AI model or equivalent product built by extracting, copying, reconstructing, training on or materially repackaging protected AVC Source Assets or Proprietary Native Core components. A product independently created without use of protected AVC material is not prohibited merely because it competes with Avatar Creator.

3. License Grant

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to:

  • install and use the purchased SKU for the number of Seats purchased;
  • create, customize, modify, render, animate and export User Characters;
  • use User Characters in personal, educational, professional and commercial Final Productions;
  • distribute Runtime Distributions without royalties or additional output fees;
  • deliver Final Productions to clients, publishers and production partners;
  • share Editable AVC Project Files only as permitted by Section 6;
  • create and commercialize original AVC-Compatible Expansion Content under Sections 7 and 8;
  • create and use Synced Target Outputs under Section 12 and the applicable third-party licenses;
  • use rendered, visual and non-extractable outputs for AI, computer-vision and synthetic-data workflows under Section 11.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No ownership of Avatar Creator, AVC Source Assets, the Proprietary Native Core, internal systems or trademarks is transferred to you.

4. One License. Commercial Rights Included.

A valid Seat includes the commercial rights expressly granted by this Agreement. No separate personal, commercial, interactive, per-project, per-character, per-render or per-game output license is required for permitted Final Productions or Runtime Distributions. No royalty, revenue share or mandatory AVC attribution is owed on those permitted outputs.

“One license” means one named-user Seat for the purchased SKU. It does not mean that every optional or future module is included.

5. Production Rights

You may use User Characters in Final Productions including games, films, animation, cinematics, music videos, advertising, social media, apps, XR/VR/AR, virtual production, client projects, studio pipelines, simulations and rendered synthetic datasets.

You retain ownership of your original creative contributions and receive the commercial rights granted here for AVC elements integrated into the Final Production. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of AVC Source Assets or third-party material to you. Runtime Distribution is permitted where the User Character is integrated into a compiled or packaged production and is not marketed or supplied as a reusable standalone character asset.

6. Client Work and Professional Delivery

You may use Avatar Creator for freelance, agency, studio, commissioned and client work. A client or other Downstream Recipient does not need an AVC Seat merely to receive, view, publish or commercially use a Final Production or Runtime Distribution.

An Editable AVC Project File may be transferred only to a recipient that owns a valid Seat for the relevant AVC SKU, or to another licensed user within the same project or organization. Each person who installs or uses Avatar Creator must have a Seat. The recipient’s Seat does not authorize resale of the file as a standalone character product or extraction of AVC Source Assets.

A Synced Target Output is governed by Section 12. The third-party target mesh, topology and rig do not require an AVC Seat merely because they were processed through AVC Sync. However, any AVC-proprietary textures or other AVC Source Assets included with the Synced Target Output remain subject to this EULA and may not be extracted or redistributed as standalone source assets.

7. Ecosystem Authoring Rights

A licensed user may create, sell, license and distribute original AVC-Compatible Expansion Content. Permitted examples include:

  • original custom-character or head packs distributed as AVC morph deltas, presets or another official expansion format rather than as a redistributed AVC base mesh;
  • original face and body morphs;
  • original textures authored for the AVC UV layout, including skin, makeup, tattoo, scar and detail packs;
  • original hair, beard, body-hair, clothing, outfit, expression, material and preset packs;
  • original workflow tools and interoperable AVC-compatible add-ons.

You may use the AVC base mesh, topology, UV layout, rig references and authoring templates internally as reference material to create compatible content. That permission is for authoring and compatibility only. It does not permit distributing the base mesh, full rig, proprietary source texture, included library, internal database or a substantially reconstructive copy of those assets.

Expansion Content may be sold on SuperHive, another marketplace or your own website. AVC does not take royalties or revenue share from your original Expansion Content. Any buyer must own a valid Avatar Creator license to install or use the expansion, and this dependency must be clearly disclosed.

8. Expansion Content Requirements

AVC-Compatible Expansion Content must:

  • contain original content created by you or content you are fully authorized to distribute;
  • be packaged for installation or use inside Avatar Creator through the official or documented compatible expansion format;
  • include only the minimum AVC-referential data necessary for compatibility;
  • avoid including the AVC base mesh or other AVC Source Assets in whole or substantial part;
  • not reproduce, replace or bypass Avatar Creator’s core character-generation, asset-library or licensing system;
  • not function as a Competing Product;
  • state that Avatar Creator is required, where applicable;
  • not imply official approval, authorship, certification or partnership without written permission.

Original morph deltas, original textures made for the AVC UV layout, original weight or fitting data, original corrective data and technical metadata required by the expansion format are not prohibited merely because they are compatible with AVC. By contrast, taking an included AVC asset, making minor changes and reselling or bundling it is prohibited.

9. Ownership

The Licensor and its licensors retain all rights in Avatar Creator, AVC Source Assets, Proprietary Native Core components, proprietary databases, systems, documentation, branding and trademarks. You retain rights in User Content and your original creative contributions. You receive only the licenses needed to use AVC components in User Characters, Final Productions, Runtime Distributions, Synced Target Outputs and compliant Expansion Content.

Use of an AVC base mesh or UV layout as an authoring reference does not transfer ownership of the reference asset. Processing a third-party target through AVC Sync does not transfer ownership of that target to AVC.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not, and may not permit another person to:

  • resell, share, upload, mirror, sublicense, rent, lend, repackage or redistribute Avatar Creator as a product;
  • share a Seat between users;
  • provide unlicensed hosted, SaaS, service-bureau, remote-access or API access to Avatar Creator;
  • sell or distribute an exported User Character as a standalone editable asset outside the permitted AVC expansion format;
  • provide Editable AVC Project Files to users without a valid relevant Seat;
  • extract, isolate or resell AVC meshes, textures, morph libraries, shape keys, hair, clothing, rigs, presets, materials, databases or other AVC Source Assets;
  • take an included AVC asset, modify it superficially and market it as original Expansion Content;
  • include the AVC base mesh or a reconstructive copy in an expansion pack when the same compatibility can be delivered through deltas, presets or the documented expansion format;
  • use AVC Source Assets or Proprietary Native Core components to build, train, power or commercialize a Competing Product;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, circumvent or tamper with the Proprietary Native Core, license checks, security systems or access controls, except to the extent mandatory law expressly permits an act that cannot be contractually restricted;
  • remove proprietary or open-source notices that must remain with a component;
  • use AVC branding in a way that implies unauthorized endorsement or official status;
  • use AVC or third-party material in violation of law, contract or third-party rights.

11. AI, Machine Learning and Synthetic Data

You may use rendered, visual and non-extractable outputs made with User Characters for AI, machine learning, computer vision, pose estimation, facial analysis, virtual try-on, fashion visualization, synthetic-human datasets and model evaluation.

You may not use AVC Source Assets, the AVC base mesh, extracted geometry, proprietary textures, morph or shape-key libraries, hair, clothing, rigs, presets, internal data, Editable AVC Project Files or Proprietary Native Core components to train, reconstruct, clone, emulate or create a Competing Product. A dataset may contain rendered outputs, but may not distribute reusable AVC source content.

12. Third-Party Assets, AVC Sync and External Ecosystems

Avatar Creator may interoperate with MetaHuman, Genesis 9, Character Creator 4 and 5, Blender, Unreal Engine and other third-party systems. This EULA grants rights only in AVC-controlled material. It does not grant rights in a third-party mesh, topology, rig, texture, scan, likeness, trademark, character system or ecosystem.

For a Synced Target Output:

  • the imported and exported third-party target mesh, topology, rig and native system content remain governed by the applicable MetaHuman, Epic, DAZ, Reallusion or other source license;
  • AVC claims no additional ownership of the third-party target merely because AVC Sync modifies its shape or prepares morph or texture-transfer data;
  • you are responsible for confirming that your import, modification, export, distribution and commercial use comply with the target ecosystem’s current license;
  • AVC-proprietary textures and other AVC Source Assets transferred to the target remain licensed under this EULA, may be used as integrated character material in permitted productions, and may not be extracted or resold as standalone texture or source-asset packs;
  • User Content and original textures supplied by you remain subject to your rights and applicable third-party rights.

References to third-party products describe intended compatibility only and do not imply affiliation, certification or endorsement. Supported targets and exact workflows are those stated in current AVC documentation. AVC Sync preserves the target topology; the native target rig is applied or retained within the target ecosystem according to that ecosystem’s workflow. Native grooming, clothing and other ecosystem features remain those of the target system and are not supplied or owned by AVC unless expressly stated.

13. Seat Licensing and Studio Use

Each license is valid for one named-user Seat unless the order states otherwise. The same licensed user may install AVC on multiple personal workstations used only by that user. Seats may not be shared. Each artist, employee or contractor who installs, accesses or uses Avatar Creator must have a Seat.

  • one freelancer using a desktop and laptop: permitted;
  • two artists sharing one Seat: not permitted;
  • a studio with five AVC users: five Seats required;
  • a client receiving only a Final Production or Runtime Distribution: no Seat required;
  • a recipient opening or editing an Editable AVC Project File: a valid relevant Seat is required;
  • a recipient using only a Synced Target Output in its third-party ecosystem: governed by Section 12 and the third-party license; AVC textures remain subject to this EULA.

14. Compatibility, Updates and Support

The current Windows release is designed and tested for Blender 4.5 through Blender 5.2 inclusive. Compatibility with earlier or later Blender versions, other operating systems, future third-party releases or every hardware configuration is not promised unless expressly listed for a later product version.

Unless the product listing states otherwise, the license to the version delivered to you is perpetual. A perpetual license does not include a promise of lifetime support, future features, major upgrades or compatibility with future Blender or third-party versions.

Where the SuperHive product listing states that a Support Period is included, support and update obligations apply for the period and on the conditions stated by SuperHive and the product listing. During an active Support Period, AVC will provide reasonable installation and usage assistance and make a good-faith effort to investigate reproducible defects affecting the supported configuration. Support does not include custom production work, project consulting, repair of user-created assets or guaranteed compatibility with unsupported software.

Nothing in this section excludes updates, security measures, conformity remedies or other consumer rights that applicable law requires. AVC is not required to add new features or support a new Blender version merely because it becomes available. If an update necessary to maintain conformity is supplied and you do not install it within a reasonable time after being informed of its availability and consequences, AVC is not responsible for a lack of conformity caused solely by that failure, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Open-Source, Third-Party and Proprietary Code

Avatar Creator may contain several legally distinct components:

  • Blender add-on Python or other code that is governed by the GNU GPL or another open-source license identified in the accompanying headers and notices;
  • third-party libraries and code governed by their respective licenses;
  • the Proprietary Native Core, including compiled C++ binaries or executables supplied for Avatar Wrap, AVC Sync or another module, governed by this EULA unless a separate notice states otherwise;
  • proprietary non-code assets governed by this EULA.

Nothing in this EULA restricts rights granted by an applicable open-source license. If this EULA conflicts with that license for a covered code component, the open-source license controls for that component. Open-source rights do not extend to proprietary assets or the Proprietary Native Core merely because the components interoperate. Required license texts, notices and source-availability information will be supplied with the relevant distribution.

16. SuperHive Transaction Terms

Purchases are completed through SuperHive, which acts as merchant of record and manages the marketplace account, checkout, transaction, payment collection, taxes, invoicing, withdrawal process and refunds under its then-current terms and mandatory law. AVC does not define or replace those transactional rules in this EULA.

This EULA governs the product license after download. SuperHive’s terms govern the transaction and marketplace services. The SuperHive product listing and order confirmation identify the purchased SKU, price and any active Support Period. Consumers retain all mandatory rights.

17. Feedback

If you provide Avatar Creator with suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, technical feedback, business feedback, or other feedback regarding Avatar Creator (“Feedback”), you grant Avatar Creator a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, perform, commercialize and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose without obligation to compensate you. You retain ownership of your own original content and expansion content. Feedback does not include your private project files or confidential client materials unless you voluntarily submit them as Feedback.

18. Privacy, Data and Online Services

The current distributed AVC products do not require an AVC activation token and do not send AVC license tokens, device fingerprints, usage telemetry or crash reports to AVC. Purchase and download access are managed through SuperHive.

Support requests, website communications and any future online feature are governed by the applicable Privacy Policy. AVC may introduce optional online services, activation, telemetry or update checks only after providing the disclosures, legal basis and controls required by applicable law. You may not bypass lawful security or access controls of a future service, except where mandatory law or an applicable open-source license provides otherwise.

19. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Where applicable law permits, AVC will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure a remediable material breach. Immediate termination may apply to deliberate piracy, unauthorized redistribution, circumvention or another irremediable material breach.

After termination, you must stop using Avatar Creator and distributing AVC Source Assets or non-compliant Expansion Content. Termination does not revoke rights in Final Productions or Runtime Distributions lawfully created before termination. A project substantially begun before termination may be completed and distributed only to the extent the breach is cured or AVC gives written permission; this sentence does not preserve rights obtained through piracy or deliberate infringement. Synced Target Outputs remain subject to their third-party licenses, while AVC Source Assets contained in them remain subject to the restrictions that survive termination.

Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, third-party rights, liability, remedies, governing law and any provision that by nature should survive will survive termination.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

Avatar Creator is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avatar Creator disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all systems, compatibility with all Blender versions, suitability for any specific production pipeline, or error-free performance. You are solely responsible for testing Avatar Creator in your own workflow before relying on it for production, client work, marketplace products, or commercial deadlines. This section does not exclude any warranty, conformity obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, particularly for consumers.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avatar Creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, production delays, business interruption, client claims, lost contracts, reputational harm, or costs of substitute products or services arising out of or relating to your use of Avatar Creator, AVC Source Assets, User Characters, Final Productions, or AVC-Compatible Expansion Content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avatar Creator’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Avatar Creator license for the license giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

22. Indemnification

If you use Avatar Creator in the course of a business, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avatar Creator, its owners, affiliates, licensors, developers, contractors, distributors, marketplace partners and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to: 1. your breach of this Agreement; 2. your unauthorized use or distribution of Avatar Creator or AVC Source Assets; 3. your AVC-Compatible Expansion Content; 4. your use of third-party assets, scans, likenesses, imported meshes, external content, or third-party ecosystems; 5. your violation of third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, personality, image, contractual, or other rights; 6. your creation, sale, or distribution of unlawful, infringing, misleading, unsafe, malicious, or unauthorized content; 7. your use of Avatar Creator in violation of applicable law. This indemnity does not apply to a consumer acting outside a trade, business, craft or profession, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your use of Avatar Creator, including export control laws, sanctions laws, intellectual property laws, privacy laws, data protection laws, consumer protection laws and marketplace regulations. You may not use, export, re-export, transfer, or distribute Avatar Creator in violation of applicable law.

24. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, sublicense, resell, or delegate your Avatar Creator license, Seat, or rights under this Agreement without Avatar Creator’s prior written consent. Avatar Creator may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, transfer of product ownership, or similar transaction. This clause does not restrict a transfer or exhaustion right that mandatory law expressly grants to you.

25. Changes to this Agreement

The version accepted at purchase or supplied with the purchased product governs that license unless you expressly accept a later version or a change is required by law. AVC may publish updated terms for future purchases, future versions, optional services or material legal and security reasons. A website publication alone will not retroactively remove vested rights in compliant Final Productions or materially reduce the perpetual license to the delivered version.

Where a material change must apply to an existing online service or supported version, AVC will give reasonable notice and identify the reason and effective date where legally required. Continued use may require acceptance only where that requirement is valid under applicable law.

26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory protections granted to consumers by the law of their country of habitual residence. For business users, the courts having jurisdiction over the Licensor’s domicile in Italy have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may bring proceedings before any court competent under mandatory consumer law; no exclusive venue in this clause applies where prohibited.

27. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable while preserving its original intent as closely as possible.

28. Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence

The following documents apply according to their subject:

  1. an applicable open-source or third-party license controls the specific component covered by that license;
  2. this EULA controls proprietary AVC software, the Proprietary Native Core, AVC Source Assets and licensed output rights;
  3. the SuperHive order confirmation and product listing identify the purchased SKU, included modules, price and Support Period;
  4. SuperHive’s terms control the marketplace account, transaction, payment, tax, invoice, withdrawal and refund process;
  5. the Privacy Policy governs personal-data processing and is not a grant of software rights;
  6. official technical documentation identifies supported workflows and requirements but does not override mandatory law or an express license term.

Together, the applicable documents form the agreement for their respective subject matter. No conflicting general statement transfers ownership of AVC Source Assets or removes mandatory consumer rights.

29. Contact

SUMMARY

This summary is for convenience only. One named-user Seat includes commercial rights for Final Productions and Runtime Distributions without AVC royalties or mandatory attribution. Clients do not need AVC merely to receive a final render, film, compiled game or packaged app. Editable AVC Project Files may be shared only with properly licensed AVC users.

You may create and sell original expansion packs that are packaged for use inside Avatar Creator. You may use the AVC base mesh and UV layout as authoring references, but you may not redistribute the base mesh, included assets or a lightly modified copy. Original morph deltas, original textures for the AVC UV, original compatible clothing, hair, presets and tools are permitted when delivered through a compliant expansion format.

A Synced Target Output’s third-party mesh, topology and rig remain governed by the MetaHuman, Genesis, Character Creator or other source license. AVC does not claim ownership of that target. AVC-proprietary textures transferred to it remain licensed AVC assets and may not be extracted or resold as standalone source content.

The delivered version is licensed perpetually. No lifetime support, future feature or future Blender compatibility is promised. The current Windows release supports Blender 4.5 through 5.2 inclusive, and any SuperHive Support Period applies as stated in the product listing.
