This Avatar Creator End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, the licensee (“you”, “Licensee”, or “User”), and [Insert Legal Company Name] (“Avatar Creator”, “AVC”, “we”, “us”, or “Licensor”) governing your purchase, download, installation, access to and use of Avatar Creator, including its software components, proprietary assets, libraries, presets, documentation, updates and related files. By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using Avatar Creator, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not purchase, download, install, access, or use Avatar Creator.

1. Overview

Avatar Creator is licensed, not sold. Avatar Creator is a professional character creation system for Blender that includes software tools, proprietary source assets, character libraries, morph systems, skin systems, hair systems, clothing systems, rigging systems, presets, materials, templates, documentation and related content. This Agreement grants you commercial rights to use Avatar Creator characters in final productions and to create original Avatar Creator-compatible expansion content, while protecting Avatar Creator itself, its proprietary source assets, libraries, systems and editable content from unauthorized redistribution. Avatar Creator uses one commercial license. There is no separate personal-only license, commercial upgrade, interactive license, or additional output license required for the commercial uses expressly permitted under this Agreement.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply.

2.1 Avatar Creator / AVC

“Avatar Creator” or “AVC” means the Avatar Creator product, including its Blender add-on, tools, user interface, character creation system, morph system, skin system, hair system, clothing system, rigging system, export tools, Wrap, Sync, presets, templates, databases, documentation, libraries, downloadable files, updates and related content.

Material changes will not retroactively remove rights lawfully exercised under a prior version for Final Productions already created and distributed in compliance with that prior version, unless required by law. Continued use of Avatar Creator after an updated Agreement becomes effective may require acceptance of the updated terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Governing Law / Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Venue], unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
